Claverley Medical Practice is a modern and well equipped surgery with facilities for car parking, the disabled and elderly, access for wheelchairs, and toilet facilities.

Monday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm 2:00 pm – 6:30 pm

Tuesday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm 2:00 pm – 6:30 pm

Wednesday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm 2:00 pm – 6:30 pm

Thursday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm 2:00 pm – 6:30 pm

Friday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm 2:00 pm – 6:30 pm

Saturday Closed

Sunday Closed

We are closed one Wednesday of every month for staff training; please call the surgery to confirm if we are open.

Out of Hours and Emergencies

Extended Access

Claverley surgery is now taking part in “GP First Extended Access”. We now offer appointments outside of our usual opening hours; weekday evenings between 6.30pm – 8pm and Saturdays & Sundays.

We are working alongside other surgeries in the surrounding areas that our patients can attend with a pre-booked appointment.

To book an appointment please phone or visit the surgery. You may be able to get an appointment on the same day if required. You may be offered an appointment at:
